The Iraqi Private Banks League organized the Advanced Excellence in Customer Service program in Erbil, in cooperation with Smartbit Technologies and the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, hosted at the chamber’s headquarters.
The program targeted branch managers, customer service staff, and frontline employees, and was delivered by Professor Hassan al-Zein, an internationally experienced academic and certified professional.
This program forms part of the league’s ongoing efforts to develop banking personnel, enhance the quality of banking services, and promote a culture of excellence in customer service.
