A delegation from the Institute for International Law and Human Rights visited the headquarters of the Iraqi Private Banks League, where the Deputy Executive Director, Ahmed al-Hashemi, received them.
The delegation included Robin L. Gary, the Institute's Executive Director, and Vlora Maxhuni, the Institute's International Legal Advisor. The meeting reviewed the League’s key achievements in supporting economic and investment activity, improving banking services, and empowering youth, in addition to its role in adopting programs aligned with World Bank guidelines on sustainability and capacity building.
The Institute’s delegation expressed its aspiration to implement joint programs with the League in support of sustainable development pathways.
